I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

I’m relatively new to Redx. If you set up your cell # into the dialer, will your # still come up as Spam? If so, how long does is take to get flagged as spam? I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about phone #’s being flagged spam and people buying other phone numbers. Can someone help me understand this?

I’m not 100% on this, but depending on the server/phone company it may show up as spam when using a dialer. A lot of agents switch numbers by using Burner App and the like. I personally use Google Voice. The first # is free and $10 every time you switch which should probably be monthly if not more frequent. With all of that said, I still have…[Read more]

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
