Just do a few practice sessions. Step away from thinking of it as Prospecting, and think about “testing” “practicing” “experimenting” and take away all the fear of the outcome, and just practice building the muscle of getting on the phone.I am going to call for 1 hour and talk to whoever answers and if I stay on the phone the whole time it will be a WIN.

Start calling. Don’t give yourself any excuse not to call. You can email them one-by-one with personalized messages if you have to, or copy and paste the same info on several emails. Sounds like she is using a triple line dialer, much better to make more contacts per hour. But you have to do what you can afford. What is the value of your time per hour to make 10 contacts, with and without the triple line dialer?
How does that compare to the extra cost of the dialer.

He uses constant contact and he uses the same template each week, which you can access through this course, but he writes his own content.

Also realize that you may feel scared for the first day/month/year. That’s fine.We can do a lot of things that we’re scared of.
Just say, “Yep, I’m scared, it’s 8AM, time to go!”
Try to relax and have fun, but have discipline til it becomes easier.

My friend who owns a team of telemarkets for real estate & solar uses them. I don’t recommend them if you don’t have a lot of technical experience just because getting everything up and running takes a while. For expired and FSBO, I use Vulcan7 but it’s pricey. Mojo is good. Ived never used redx before. Just pick a dialer and get started.

Greater Seattle Area – WA State Agents 2 years, 11 months agoHi Seattle – how are you? I have a listing (luxury $1mil condo) in Belltown, and it’s moving slowly… 2 showings in first 10 days. Any tips for how to get more interest in this listing? I know the downtown market is a different beast than the suburbs.

Have you knocked or called every door in the building, and the buildings surrounding it to let them know about the listing… AND… to see if they might happen know of anyone who they would want to be neighbors with?

congrats on your listing! I recommend putting a page in Luxury homes magazine. A half a page is $500. A full page is $1000. I recommend doing an open house next weekend friday, saturday and sunday and advertising everywhere you can for the open house. Flyers, facebook live, invitations to neighbors. Break it down. Say “I am just going to make 5 dials” and “It’s just for practice, I don’t care if I mess up all the calls.”

Thanks for the response, you’re 100% right. Its just like going on your first ever date, Ur nervous, you don’t know what to say or do but you want to do it anyways, after you do it you realize to yourself that wasn’t that bad.
