Good afternoon! I need some help! I just moved to a whole new state without any contacts after a 20 year successful RE career and my back is against the wall! I need to close something with the next 45 days! Any suggestions on what to work on immediately to get fast results? I know everyone has this question, but I have been doing calls (I usually have a high conversion rate) and mailings and I got nothing😬
I’m in a similar situation, as far as moving to another state with little to no sphere. Is the state you came from a source of buyers in your new state? Reaching out to agents in that state for buyer referrals could be a good lead source. Best of luck!
