I almost had an appt but they cancelled when I contacted to confirm, anyway I was going to take them a Starbuck GC but my mentor didn’t think it was a good idea. I’m looking for a new place to work so I can find a good mentor and I think I will be buying some GC’s.! Thank you!

Try doing the 60-day challenge here if you haven’t already. I also recommend trying to get into the 1:1 coaching. I had a fantastic experience.

Cool! Great ideas. I haven’t got a fax number yet but I get other realtors! Would it be crazy if I ask how they get listings? What would Ricky say to say to them?

thats not my listing it was a random listing that came up new in my market. I dont have any listings at this time.

I just use plain (but pretty) Thank You cards and hand write a message inside. I get a small handful of emails from each calling session so its not big task to complete at the end of my day. I have branded stationary blank note cards but the generic ones are fine. I add a busines card and sometimes a Starbucks card. I got a really nice response…[Read more]

Get it printed if you can. Are you looking for the scripts in the 60 day challenge?

There is a spot you can put in whatever number and name to show up in the caller ID. You can put a different number even. Look under the drop down menu under your name at the top.
