That is awesome and so smart!!!!! Even though I am doing deals right now, I have been waiting on the calling with his technique until my email is ready……considering the whole style of Risky’s cold calling is predicated on getting that email to them!! Appreciate you Ricky!! Just closed my very first deal after being an agent for 2 months.. My first listing, represented both sides, for 820K! I am so excited to continue learning from you and it goes without saying that you are a GO GIVER Ricky!

I am located in Vegas! Like most people, I have listened to enough of Ricky to understand how easy the idea of circle prospecting is…….just need to create the email template essentially. Afterall, if the idea is about getting their email, you kind of need to have them set up on an actual email that is going out! LOL

Hi all. I just finished setting up my email last night! I signed up to get Ricky’s about 2 months ago and have just pretty much copied his. Constant Contact set it up kind of for the basics and then I just modified. The biggest task was getting the data from my website to link to from my email. @Rex2Riches I’m curious about how you used KVCore… I’m in a situation where I want to do that instead of just linking MLS Search links to button images… definitely want to leverage search analytics with KVCore if possible. Do you have a link to one of your landing pages to get a visual on how you set it up?
