I have a buyer who just does flips, I have FLEX MLS, anyone know where I can find some investment properties? Please let me know if you have any listings or guidance on this type of situation. Does your buyer have a specific area he likes to invest in? If so, you can send out letters to those zip codes/door knock/call through certain neighborhoods. Mindset Book Club 4 years, 7 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?

Mighty Realtors 4 years, 7 months agoWhat do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
