Ive had some success with door knocking. I go in with zero expectations besides having a conversation. I carry a clip board with me and try to collect their business card and always there email address.

Anyone out there need a referral agent in canada. I live in kelowna, the fastest growing city in canada and it is straight up paradise. Let me know and we can work something out.
