I’ve seen some great results with letter writing during the 60 day challenge. It’s become my favorite lead generating activity. Now I’m going H.A.M. writing at least 25-50/ day for the last week. Wow, that’s amazing. My return rate was 2 owners out of 180 letters–one of them wouldn’t be able to get out of his reverse mortgage and the other wanted 2x market value. Out of curiosity, how did you decide on your neighborhoods?
Instead of straight farming a particular area I actually compiled a list of homes that were in a value range I like and have buyers for (600k-900k) with over 4yrs ownership, and >50% equity.
