He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.

This week I decided to switch my call on Expired listing. Today while I was driving, I got a call from one of my drop voicemails.
It was a seller said I call yesterday, I introduced myself and said yes I did call. I told him the reason for the call, and notice that is home was off the market. No script! Just a conversation with him.

Just wrapped up for the day. Vortex/Redx says I did 1:54 today 70 calls made 3 emails and 4 textOK contacts made. I will try to get better about posting daily. Have a great day!

Did calls yesterday for about 1 hour 4 contacts only 1 email but the others were texted card and will get a thank you in the mail too. 😀 So far today last 1/2 hour has been 18 voice mails. onward…
