How much do you pay to use Constant Contact for sending out emails with customizable templates that are pre-formatted?

For what it’s worth, I use MailChimp as it was originally free with Keller Williams. Recently they updated their pricing. Since I send more than 1,000 emails per month, the cheapest plan is $13.99
