MAN! It felt like a rough call sesh! Voicemail after voicemail. I only had an hour so I pressed through. In the end my BEST leads happened in the last 15 minutes, OF COURSE! Here’s to leaning into it 🤜🤛 1 hour 16 minutes : 43 Leads – 74 calls – 12 convos – 31 VM – 6 Emails!!!Yay Me! #ztd

One of my listings I got while executing the 60 day challenge. This home was previously listed at the same price since January. Hour and a half on the phones: 78 calls, soooo many voicemails, 3 hang ups, 2 emails and …. one listing appt for Monday! 🔥Edited to add: went back for another 30 minutes, got 2 more emails.

Great job @erinbrumco . I’ve never cold called before, most calls I made in the past I knew the people so knew their schedules. I’m assuming, and probably a bad assumption, that if I call people during the day, I will get a lot of VM or people at work. What has been your experience and what timeframes do you make your calls? Today I seemed to get more voicemails than usual, but in the end the emails averaged out to my typical results. I call usually in the time between 10-2. That’s just what works for me because my kids are in school. Don’t over think it. I seem to get the same results no matter what time.

Your local business journal is pretty good and realtor.com has some good ones sometimes to.

I always do week 1 – featured restaurant week 2- featured property week 3- market stats week 4- local event, festival, or local news event. Doesn’t have to go in order.
