Just had a lady give me her email, she said I’ll give it to you as long as you dont flood it every week. All I said I wont spam or flood you. Now I kinda feel half bad putting her on my weekly email lol. What would you do?

I don’t filter out dnc numbers because I usually call homes in the 100k-400k. Do you guys do it if you call higher price point homes 800k-1mil+. Hi Everyone, It seems like when I circle prospect I get most emails on Mon and Tues. One of the reasons is after I ask them how they are doing they say “good how about you” then I say good how was your weekend. After that 2nd question it seems like there guard goes down. Same, I’m thinking I might take all my hand full of unsubscribers from my weekly email and put them on that so I can still touch them every month with differant kind of content. Do you think that would be bad business?

I paired with one of my lenders, and have added my clients to it. I get really good feedback from them, they like the way that the email is structure, and the information that it provides them about their home in their neighborhood. I think it’s a really sharp tool and definitely adds value to you as an agent.

That’s Awesome! Good Job! Do you remember what kind of neighborhood it was? Is it just me or do folks in working class neighborhoods give out there emails more? It may be just because I feel more comfortable with them.
