Today… Morning routine done. Weekly email sent. A rental lead contacted me from FB. Called old expireds today and had a less than stellar calling session. I also called 3 people that passed away. 😐😑😐😑 190 leads | 495 dials | 19 VM | 1 emailCan’t wait to hit the phones again tomorrow because I am that much closer a “yes!”

RedX is the lead source but it is paid. Ricky has many videos about this. You can get FSBO leads for free from Zillow. I hope this helps?

I just use plain (but pretty) Thank You cards and hand write a message inside. I get a small handful of emails from each calling session so its not big task to complete at the end of my day. I have branded stationary blank note cards but the generic ones are fine. I add a busines card and sometimes a Starbucks card. I got a really nice response…[Read more]

I almost had an appt but they cancelled when I contacted to confirm, anyway I was going to take them a Starbuck GC but my mentor didn’t think it was a good idea. I’m looking for a new place to work so I can find a good mentor and I think I will be buying some GC’s.! Thank you!

Try doing the 60-day challenge here if you haven’t already. I also recommend trying to get into the 1:1 coaching. I had a fantastic experience.
