I did the geoleads with redx. For me it did not work. I texted people only 1 responded. Many of the phone numbers were wrong or landlines, which people usually don’t pick up.  Most answer cell phones these days.

In my experience, a lot of those homeowners are just like “regular” people. I think it’s best to be ourselves the same way we would with other calls. The biggest difference is the work you will do for them once you get the listing, like marketing, open houses, broker opens…

I usually pull 100. I try to do multiple areas to get a fill for the home owners in the different neighborhoods. I found some are more receptive to cold calls then others. 

I like to only call to same neighborhood, so I’ll make sure I know exactly the layout of it and draw lines around it with the “Boundary” selection in Geoleads.  Then get the max of 500.
