3 hr Open House 08062022… 10 signs leading up to the property put out on Friday, signs and flags on property. Only 2 came through…1 said they saw the signs, but already working with an agent.1 said her agent sent her rhe listing to check out the property.No homeowners from the community stopped in.

what is the advantage of a single vs a triple dialer?

Being able to dial more numbers at once, best for unmets / cold calls.

I just finished “Your Oxygen Mask First”
It was a great book and provided 17 habits to implement to create a plan to become a better leader and how to take care of yourself in the process

Hi Eisrael, the 60 day Challange is great. It is a lot of hard work especially the last 28 days. Make the time becuase the challange is very helpful, worth it, highly recommended!

Awesome! Glad it sold. Yes, business good. I”ve been trying to keep a list of top 20 potential listings and top 20 buyers. I try to update and review it daily. Let me know if anything I can help with happy to share ideas etc. I’m in California on the Central Coast. Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo Counties.
