Start to act like every person you speak to is your absolute best friend. 

Six months in as real estate agent, I’ve found that I’ve naturally progressed from reading the script, focusing on each word and repeating the same sentences over and over, to making my own personal script, and adding different takes here and there when I feel the conversation calls for it. 

Have the important points of the script on hand as your foundation, then speak it in a way you yourself would say it comfortably.
