Happy to be here! I’m Max in Miami, Florida. Been an agent for just over 2 years…was working a 9-5 job until a few months ago, when I quit! I could not make time for real estate while working the 9-5 job. Tried the 28 day action plan several times, but could not get through it. Hopefully this will be the time I do! I plan to have my very first closing ever this month- was supposed to be 12/15, but now it looks like next week…Let’s go!
Hey Ricky! Mostly time management- and for a long time I had the mind-set of all or nothing, so if I missed the goals of a day or two…I would think to myself that I had to start over.
