Yesterday the seller decided to drop the price on my listing. I made a new YouTube video featuring the price drop and Saturday Open House and sent it to my Email List. I started a Facebook Ad to promote the price drop and open house locally.Today I called Redx Geo Leads for 1 hour and 45 minutes. 4 emails. Then I went to another Realtor’s open house and picked his brain about how he runs his business for about an hour. He helped me buy 3 houses before I became a Realtor. He finished the year (2021) at 21st in his company… the biggest company in my market.Then I called people who I think may list or buy soon. Two people gave me timelines and sound serious and a few people… I could tell… weren’t serious or had already bought and blew me off for 3 months.
