Day 11 of 28…✅Got up early, exercised (gym, PT on Wednesdays, and miles with dog)✅ Outstanding 1:1 Coaching meeting with @AGENTB I got some great ideas and advice today!✅Weekly email sent Called FSBOs: 6 Leads | 17 Calls | 1 Contact | 3 VM I have one that will let me hold one of their MANY properties open on Saturday but I am meeting with them on Friday so short time to prep ad with short run time. They are buying as well. Looking forward to that meeting on Friday! They were really impressed with my offer to help them for free. They kept asking what the catch was! With such little inventory and a bazillion agents, not bad! I stood out. 😃💪Bonus: I got a call back from an expired today. Will stay in touch and they might sell in a year. Could potentially lead to 2 referrals to other agents as well. Also showing a lease listing tonight – from a tenant number that got jumbled in with a GEO lead.@rickycarruth
