Sunday 2-6. Knocked on doors to promote Saturday’s Open House. 4 hours and 45 minutes. 13 emails. I didn’t count the number of refused this time.I’ll follow up by sending a neighborhood tour by email (YouTube video).
Lets talk about open houses and how I might be able to help…..Like to discuss the Fair Trade agreement for FSBO especially since listings are so tight?
This Open House is my listing. Haven’t gotten any offers on it so I’m doing open houses on it until it sells.
