@rickycarruth Hello, I finished your book list to last. I wanted to see if you have any pointer for the mailer you are sending out to your farm. From what I could understood from your book was: 1- One mailer per month – post card or letter ? with Market update / recent sale and activities in the neighborhood – anything else ? Are you doing EDDM ? 2- did you recommend to send an introduction letter to the farm prior the post card? or just the post card ? 3- Call everyone on the farm 2 week after the initial letter ? – Do you call them once a year after that or 6 month? once you have their emails, it goes into weekly email you are sending out. 4- do you have a specific lending page they can go to based on the information on your mailer ?I am trying not to reinvent the wheel. Any pointer will helpThank you
