How’s it going ZTD community! Any part time agents out there? I have a full time job that allows me a really flexible schedule. However I don’t have two to three hours a day to commit to cold calling. I saw in one of Rick’s Youtube videos where an agent had taken Ricky’s script and applied it to door knocking. I tried this on Saturday last week. I knocked 50 doors and got 11 emails! Even better I got a phone call yesterday for one of the people I knocked asking about listing their home. Today I did the listing presentation and got the listing! They also want me to find them a new home when theirs sells. Just wanted to give a little encouragement to part timers that don’t have a lot of time available to make calls. I can door knock for a few hours and get twice the email address I would get if I were to cold call for the same amount of time. I went again today for about thirty minutes and picked up 4 more emails 🙂
