I didn’t call Geo-leads today.Before I started watching Ricky’s content I ran Facebook Ads with a “Lead” goal. If people wanted to watch my YouTube video they had to give me their name, phone, and email before they could see the video. I’ve called through the entire list twice to make contact with people to see if they need anything. However, 6 months later, I still have 279 contacts whom I haven’t spoken with on the phone… even though I send an email once a week and have called at least twice. Today I called a bunch of these numbers by hand (a third time calling these leads). I whittled the number I haven’t spoken with down to 262. A lot of people are doing fine and don’t need anything… which is great! 2 people may buy a house soon… which is good because I had no idea before I called. A few people already bought a house and never contacted me…Anyway. Facebook Leads can be $1 to $4 per lead… just depends on your video. Ricky is 100% right that Redx is way cheaper! Why buy Facebook Leads just to turn around and have to call them? It’s like a cold call anyway!
