I wanted to share win this happened this weekend. I have been doing consistent emc since January 19, 2023 and slowly and steadily building the database. A month ago I added a potential seller who was looking to sell his property and schedule an appointment. However, the seller had cancel the first appointment and was not ready to do business yet. since, this seller was in my database and receiving my emails just last week he reached out to me again. he felt that time was right now and I was able to get the listing agreement signed. This is proof of concept for me. By keeping your sellers with these weekly emails and providing value this just keep them in top of mind. When they are ready jump over the roof you can be able to catch them.I wanted to say thank you for the community and providing a platform for others to succeed.
