Hi Zero to Diamond community. I was a full time real estate agent the past 3 years, and recently I went back to getting a full time job because I need it to pay bills. I live in the Houston area, I still have my real estate license active and want to continue doing real estate on the side. I am looking for any suggestions or things that I should do to continue doing real estate. Thanks in Advance. Jesus Akin
Go to courses then the 60-day challenge to start, then go from there.
Keep building your database and stay in touch with your past clients. Get their email and send them a weekly email. Mailchimp has a free account for less than 1000 emails. (Ricky has a site for newsletters templates)
Continue to be a real estate agent meaning when you introduce yourself to new friends when they ask what you do say you’re a real estate agent.
Just because times are tough doesn’t mean you have to completely stop thinking like an agent. Keep your license active and if you close 1 deal Or maybe you’re able to do a referral to another agent you will cover the cost of keeping your license active. You have spent a lot of time and money invested into getting your license so keep grinding and it will be worth it!!
