July 3 will be my first day relaunching  into Real Estate (licensed since 2013 – listed and sold 2 homes and closed 25 buyers ). Starting out working 10 hours a week initially while I finish paying off existing debt. Paid off $6000 in the last 45 days. $4000 left. Gradually will be adding more time blocks for real estate as I continue to build an emergency fund. My target will be 30 hours a week by September. I am fortunate enough to have a second source of income that is flexible and consistent. Looking forward to joining everyone.
