Hey, I did a bunch of cold calls again today but feel REDX expireds numbers are questionable. No one own those properties it seems, no one answering. Anyone finding this too? Moving on to GEO leads, I have the REDX script here but wanted peoples opinion bc GEO leads seem very broad. What GEO leads script do you use?
For expireds, a strategy to have more quality conversations with homeowners of expired listings is to look up expired addresses in MLS, look up owners of the selected addresses on MLS Remine, and look up the phone number for the owners online with “US phone book” or “search people free.”
For a geolead script, I use a personalized combination of Ricky’s geolead and Quintavious Burdette’s script, after starting out having cold called for a month.

– Ok, if you don’t mind, I’ll stay in contact with you. I’m going to hang up now. I’m going to send you a photo of my business card. Just save it. I’ll probably reach out to you every other month just to check in on you and I want to build a relationship with you. Is that fine with you?

I use GeoLeads. I pick a listing from my brokerage to do an open house and get 500 households around that open house. Then I call promoting the open house. I like it I feel like my database is growing!
I use geo leads, and the geo script the Ricky uses. this new platform is new to me, has I have the one from the old platform, put the scriptd should be here as well, hope this helped..🔥
Do you know where i can find Ricky’s list of emails? I saw it somewhere and I want to mimic some of the ideas for my region.
It should be in the 60 day challenge course I believe. Or type weekly email in the search bar
