I usually pull 100. I try to do multiple areas to get a fill for the home owners in the different neighborhoods. I found some are more receptive to cold calls then others. 

I like to only call to same neighborhood, so I’ll make sure I know exactly the layout of it and draw lines around it with the “Boundary” selection in Geoleads.  Then get the max of 500.
