Can you change a sponser once you are at eXp? Have had a few local exp agents ask me about my experience transitioning to eXp after being at c21 for 20 years. They appear disillusioned and don’t feel they are getting the mentorship they were promised when joining exp. I am told the focus is on recruiting. Sad to hear their upline is buying zillow leads and just sending those to them. No real value add or training being provided. Is this a pattern everyone else is hearing. I invited several to our training and support on our public diamondgroup call today and all had great responses. They loved it. One asked if it’s possible to change sponsers. Does anyone know if this is possible?
