Mighty Realtors 4 years, 2 months ago What do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. But when it’s my listing I find that it’s nearly impossible as agents schedule them all different days. How do you manage to attend all of your client’s closings? Or do you just not go to them??
Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
