so I started with REDX today. I only had 1 solid hour of making calls ( I made 18 calls), and all I got were voicemails, and a few disconnected numbers. Is this normal? I will be back at it tomorrow!
Hoping someone will answer your question but I like that you took action and making calls.
I almost got REDX geo leads today too, all I know is keep calling and dont ever give up! Mass calling people was new to me until I thought it was a good idea to go join a team, Back to solo and rebuilding. I know it takes a bunch of calls to find a couple of good ones though so you cant give up there will be someone interested. I also test my own name with contact info look up web sights and not one of them is ever right, so thats always hit and miss. From what I am reading about, for the money, REDX has a decent percentage of correct info provided so am going to give it a whirl. At least phone books were accurate! Even if its a wrong number, if the people answer they still might be interested so any call is a good call is what Im thinking haha
agreed. thank you. I love how simple Ricky’s script is. Just trying to help them and getting their email for my weekly email. I think that takes all the “salesy” & pressure out of the conversation and just keep my face and number in front of them so that when they are ready, they will call me.
Yes, I love his style, its very close to my own thoughts and have learned a lot already. I have been selling homes for many years but no matter the years, you can never stop learning. The world changes. Right now I am a little creeped out with the AI scrubbing of leads. They know in seconds what takes me 2 conversations and even then I dont always know their credit score immediately like that program I saw yesterday ahaha
