So I got rejected two offers, -Client#1 the SP: $529K, We Offered $620K Quick closing no contingencies and Was Rejected !-Client #2 the SP: $499K, We Offered $570K AS IS and was Rejected-Today Client #3 SP: $399k 2 units, guest what My Client Offered?…………
wow.. why did they say they were rejected? They all seem like perfectly good offers
