I just joined this morning, so hello there! I have been struggling with this for a couple of weeks now as I have never had a CRM until trying out working on a team who had one, which I just left and this for me now was a necessary tool to rebuild back to solo agent. If you work for a franchise they probably offer one you already pay for one way or the other, but I know its important to have your own book of business, controlled and owned by you, just like your own phone number, therefore the struggle to find a system I could use to compliment my ideas of what I am trying to build and keep me organized, not be the system relied on to create the business. I saw a few free ones but chose a low cost one that has the ability to connect with different systems and grow as I do, and it has a unique feature no one is talking about and did not see offered in any of the high dollar ones. Still setting it all up since just signed up last night and on a 14 day free trial so no review yet, but Wise Agent was what I picked. I didnt see any one system that was perfect no matter what the price so figured a low dollar flexible one was right for me. I hope this helps you some, so whatever kind of business model you are creating maybe something like that program will help you.
