Follow what Ricky teaches man and you really won’t go wrong. I’ve paid thousands for Zillow leads and others. I’m about 2.5 years in the business and made $141k last year. I feel like with what Ricky teaches I’ve just scratched the surface. It’s simple really but not taught. Kinda like Dave Ramsey. Not in the sense of what Dave teaches, but in the sense of its common sense. Build relationships over trying to be all salesy. Dave teaches common sense stuff with debt. Don’t spend more than you make, duh. Ricky teaches common sense on the phones, don’t be a prick trying to push your pitch. Ask how you can serve them. I’ve just recently adopted these principles, and wow, they’ve changed the game for me. Already made $30k this year and not even 3 years in the business. Excited for where I’m headed and thankful for this dude. Follow the ZTD, work the teachings, follow up, it’s that simple. I use KVCore, which I recommend a good CRM whatever it is, but really any way you can organize your database of leads is key. Having a system is the focus, not what that system is.
