Hey Everyone! Happy Friday! I’m a new real estate agent (3 days now) and I just moved to NC. So I’m starting fresh in EVERY sense of the word. I plan to make the most out of it. Question.. Do you do cold calls on weekends? I plan to sign up for REDX to establish a good contact list and I’m working with constant contact to set up monthly mailings/webpage/the whole 9 yards. From everything I’m seeing.. persistence is key along with not getting discouraged. Any other advice? 😎🤠

I’m just outside of Raleigh and signed with a realty in Wilson. I’m very excited for this journey and I don’t discourage easy. I also planned to attend community networking functions to meet potential vendors and other agents as well as others in the community. I figure a good piece of the battle is just becoming known and in a good light.
Nice …yes that is part of it but more important is getting in front of people that don’t know you and not in the same profession . They are not going to buy or sell with you …contact and go to Chamber busienss after hours , look for meeetup (app) networking groups ..try BNI largest networking organization in the world
