Hey y’all, do you care about how recently a property sold when circle prospecting? I’m always checking out what comes on the market then go to circle prospect around it but it seems a lot of the time all the houses sold just a bit over a year ago. Does that stop you or do you just offer your services to them regardless? Obviously we’re looking to build relationships here but I’m curious if anyone does or doesn’t call on these property owners.
