Day 3:
Sorry to say no calls today…2 of my kids were home. One kid needed to be on zoom for school so not enough bandwidth for me to be on the computer too. Also my other kid that was home is little and needed bottles / changing all day…so no calls. Also needed to pick up more kids at 4PM…but I did have a long conference call with my buyer / lender / title company about an upcoming closing, and also spent the day negotiating 3 other deals- looks like we will go under contract on 2 out of the 3 which will both be double-ended deals for me.
