Thanks for accepting my connect request!I’m in the Charleston, SC area and although I’ve been an agent for 22 years now, I am now wanting to concentrate more on the listing side and I’ve followed Ricky Carruth for years. Pleasure to meet you too Valarie! Awesome to connect with someone in SC. I just recently got licensed in March 2022 and just came across Ricky’s content and was immediately drawn to his philosophy. FSBO’s is an area I want to dominate as well…they are definitely a challenge though which is the fun part!
