Hello everyone, my name is Willie Garcia from Southern California. We are a husband and wife team who have been in the business 20 years and are now in our 50’s. We have been very complacent with our sales production of 25 transactions a year, we realize that we have so much more potential for production. We have been playing the game of real estate from the stands/ bleachers and never really committed to playing the game full on! We have had a total mind shift and are restructuring the way we run our real estate business, we have avoided for many years prospecting, making the phone calls (Geo, expires, past clients, sphere) knowing that by doing these money producing activities our business would have grown 5x easy!!Here are the immediate changes we implemented to our business:1) Create a schedule: no longer do we show up to the office at 10:30 in the morning. We are in the office at 8:30 am2) We wake up at 4:45 am and hit the gym3) We subscribed to REDX and are on the phones from 9-12pm daily, this time is sacred (NO EXCUSES!)4) Committed to MASTERING the expired and FSBO scriptThere are other things we have implemented (it’s a process), but the one thing that has come out of this mind shift is that we realize how much time we waste during our day doing non-productive activities…I will be posting our prospecting results every Friday to this group.We share with this group because we are putting ourselves out there and are 100% committed to doing the work daily!! and making a difference in our lives and those who surround us.Thank you Ricky for the commitment to this group, the education, the time you put into making a difference in people’s lives.
