Is this through Constant Contact? In Constant Contact, there’s a difference between undeliverable and a suspended address, though I’m trying to understand the details of that difference. If it’s not Constant Contacts, I’d be really confused seeing such a high number of bad addresses. Like, why wouldn’t the people just hang up on you rather than going through the effort of providing an email address (just my thoughts)
