Hey Ricky, i was on the call today and i wanted to tell you what has helped me the most during your 60 day training. I’ve learned from you, how to Control My Emotions!!! I’ve Accepted that I can’t Make someone work with me and people will choose whats best for them. Their not choosing to work with me, Does Not mean Im not Good Enough. The true test came when a Home Seller wanted recent Solds in a building. I called him back with the information within 10 minutes. He thanked me for being so prompt. He then reminded me, many agents have been calling him and he wasn’t going to pay 6 or 5% commissions. I said everything is negotiable lets meet. He said he’d get back to me.I heard nothing for two days so i text him. He says he is talking with the listing agent from the information i gave him and he likes her low commission.Instead of getting up-set, feeling used and quitting Realestate like ive done many times, i used your training of, People Will Do What’s Best For Them!
