    @sergiodealba24 HI Sergio, I’ve been adjusting my routine and time blocking. What’s your goal, to get up at 7am 5am? Whatever it is? go to bed 1/2 earlier every day and wake up 1/2 hour earlier every day until you reach your target. After 1 week you will be 3.5 hours earlier and so on!
