@rhafich Hi Ryan, How are you doing! Welcome! I just joined here back in Jan. Been trying to time block to get on the 60 day challenge myself. Been doing circle prospecting and open houses myself. How about you? How’s business?
Hi Eisrael, the 60 day Challange is great. It is a lot of hard work especially the last 28 days. Make the time becuase the challange is very helpful, worth it, highly recommended!
I have my weekly email going out every week and been hitting the phones. My last 2 open houses never happened….sold my listing the night before and this past weekend…the house was a disaster! looked like a tornado hit right before i got there….lol
business is good. 1 pending and one in contract at the moment.

Awesome! Glad it sold. Yes, business good. I”ve been trying to keep a list of top 20 potential listings and top 20 buyers. I try to update and review it daily. Let me know if anything I can help with happy to share ideas etc. I’m in California on the Central Coast. Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo Counties.
