@rickycarruth Yes I did see them and watched them . Yesterday I watched the 2nd one and something you said really resonated with me, not just going through the motions which was what I was doing but paying attention and listening to their tone . I got a listing appointment yesterday because the owner was trying to blow me off by stating he was on a DNC list and I instantly came back with I’m not trying to sell your house I am calling to see if there was anything I could do to help. He broke down that his wife just died ect , and we talked for 45 min. I always hear something new that I need,Thank you so much!
