I have purchased 3 of the books Ricky Carruth mentioned in his YT video this month. I just finished Elevate, by Robert Glacier. Next is BE 2.1 by Jim Collins, reading both to improve my business thinking skills and get to the next level as a Realtor. The third book I will start is Good to Great, by Jim Collins by the end of January.
