Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.
I cold call the suburb and speak to people from the address. Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address. If their property is listing they tell you that their property is already on the market, I wish them well and ask if I can help them with their next purchase and move onto the next call. Also gives me a good opportunity to continue the call as a circle prospecting now that I know that their property is listed or sold. Try and find opportunities around your calls. Hope this helps.🙂
why are you doing that? And why do you say only one or two are “real prospects”. Every interaction is a prospect.
