Hey guys I have a Constant Contact question. I signed up, however I am being told that the Newsletter Templates are supplied by ZTD Program??? Does this sound right? When I signed up the agent informed me I qualified for the templates but now that I am setting up my information on my account I couldn’t find them. I am currently waiting on Customer service to answer my questions
Update: Im going to have to call them back tomorrow. When I get answers I’ll post so that no one else runs into this hiccup.😜

Ummm… You just snatch one of their templates and customize it. It’s not supplied – at least I have yet to get one myself. I just used the templates and customized them accordingly.
So I have heard RC mention tons of times we can be given his exact template so that we are not reinventing the wheel. Also, when I signed up, I spoke to a rep who informed me that since I came in through RC I qualified for a deeper discount for the first 3 months (which he informed me of and gave me) and reminded me about the templates.
The rep I chatted with online today seemed to be in agreement however did not know how it all works. He asked me to please call back during regular hours tomorrow.
We shall see.😏
