The past is the past, but man, I wish I had found Ricky 14 months ago when I first st started my real estate business! I think that there is an epidemic in our industry. It seems that the assumption is made by the majority of experienced agents and brokerages that “most are going to fail, so…good luck!” And some nice cliché like “Nobody’s gonna do it for you sooo, get out there and make it happen!” That’s right! But, that’s not a good eXcuse to not deliver some crucial direction. It takes tons of wasted money and tons of hours to digure out on your own all of the time and money “sponges” out there!
