Hello ZTD Family! I will be there this Tuesday Zoom & San Antonio! …and meet some of you & Best Coach Ever Rickyyyy!! OMG I just finished my 180 (looks like 600 Hr!) RE TX Course 3 nights ago! Today, in about 1 n half hours I’ll be taking my last, #6 of 6 pre-exam!! I can’t believe that!! Can you kindly, give me your oppinion or tips on these 5 questions below pls? 🙏 Thanks a bunch: #1) The ones that didn’t pass the State Final a 1, 2 or few times, did you get 85% or 90% or + on each of your 6 pre-exams with the proctor? Or you’re getting near 75%s?
I’d love to know, please!

#2) When I pass today, (God willing) will I be connected directly to the fingerprint website and actually be able to set up my appointment? Or will I have to wait for after the holiday to set up that date?

#3) then, how long does it take approximately for the background check results to come back (in TX) so I can set up my Great Final Texas State/Nat. Test!?

#4) I live in Sugar Land near Houston. Do you know if it matters if my sponsor office broker is near my home or Houston or of it would be ok ifnhe/she was in Dallas 4 hrs away?? (Since I want to be in eXp Realty!) #5) Since in eXp any virtual broker could review my contracts on line from 8am to 5pm any day, would that work anyway having my actual brokerage far physically? Or would it be weird for my clients to see that on my buz cards/ info my office is fat away? Is anyone experiencing that situation?
