I did a comment 3 weeks ago about calling on a expired and drop my voice mail. The expired was 1.3 million. The story get better. He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.

They are getting ready to move out in there newly build home. Also, he as 3 other properties and more he want me to list. I found out he is an investor who is retiring from the rentals. He is also looking to buy a house as well.

The moral to the story is….Everything is possible, never give up. When one door close many will be open.

I was circling prospecting for over 6 months. Was not good with getting emails. I decide to switch to Expired and FSBO.
